About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how TeqStars Technologies (“TeqStars”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on teqstars.com (the “Site”). “You” means a visitor to the Site.
TeqStars Technologies is a partnership firm registered in India, GSTIN 24AAPFT6854J1ZJ. Our principal place of business is 1102, Wings Business Bay, Near ITC Fortune Hotel, Rajkot - 360004, Gujarat, India.
Some of the technologies described here collect personal data, such as your IP address. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data, the legal bases we rely on, your rights and how to make a complaint. Please read the two documents together.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Browsers also offer other storage, such as local storage, and a website can load scripts that read information from your device. These work in a similar way. This policy covers all of these technologies, not only cookies.
Some cookies are set by the Site itself. Others are set by services we use, such as Google and Cloudflare. Some last only until you close your browser. Others stay for a set period or until you delete them.
We use these technologies to keep the Site secure and working, to remember your choices, to run the live chat and to count visits. Only if you agree, we also use them to measure how the Site is used and how our ads perform, and to show you our ads on other websites.
Your choice in the cookie banner
On your first visit, a banner at the bottom of the screen offers two equal buttons: “Only essentials” and “Accept all”. The banner links to this Cookie Policy and to our Privacy Policy.
- Accept all allows both analytics and advertising: Google Analytics, Google Ads and our campaign cookies (see Technologies used only after “Accept all”). There is no separate choice for each category: you accept all of them or none of them.
- Only essentials refuses them. The Site works in the same way, except that product videos on our app pages ask for your consent before they play (see YouTube videos) and the map on our contact page is not shown (see Google Maps).
- If you make no choice, we treat it as “Only essentials” until you click a button.
Whatever you choose, the technologies described in Technologies used on every visit and Visit records on our server still run. Choosing “Only essentials” does not turn them off.
We store your choice in the website_cookies_bar cookie in your browser for 180 days. After that, or if you delete your cookies, the banner asks you again.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
You can change your choice at any time. Click “Cookie Settings” in the footer of any page to open the banner again. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
If you choose “Only essentials” after you have accepted, you withdraw your consent. Google’s tags then stop loading, and the Site deletes the Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies it set (_ga, _ga_5SFQW9GL95 and _gcl_au) and the _gcl_ls entry in your browser storage. Campaign cookies are no longer set; any that are already set expire within 31 days, or you can delete them in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done with your consent before you withdrew it.
Google may also have set cookies on its own domains, such as google.com and doubleclick.net. The Site cannot delete these. You can delete them in your browser settings.
Technologies used on every visit
The technologies in this section run whether or not you click “Accept all”. They start when a page loads and do not wait for your choice in the banner.
Cookies and browser storage
Our live chat loads on every page and opens by itself on the home page. Apart from the guest identifiers, it stores the items marked “live chat” below in your browser even if you do not use the chat. In your browser storage, the names of most live chat items start with “EXPIRABLE_STORAGE_”.

Other services on our pages
- Visit statistics (Plausible). We count page views with Plausible Analytics, which runs on our own server at analytics.teqstars.com. It sets no cookies. With each page view, our Plausible server receives the page address, the website that referred you, your IP address and your browser details (user agent). It also records clicks on links to other websites and some other actions on the page. We use it only for statistics about how the Site is used.
- Security and performance (Cloudflare). Cloudflare, Inc. protects the Site against bots and attacks. On every page, its scripts check your browser, and it sets the cf_clearance cookie. Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures how quickly our pages load. Cloudflare processes your IP address and information about your browser and device for these purposes.
- Form protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). On our contact, Help Center and demo request pages, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is using the form. It loads when the page opens, not only when you submit the form.
- Fonts (Google Fonts). The Site loads its typeface from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser downloads it, Google receives your IP address and browser details.
- Firebase script (Google). The Site loads Google’s Firebase messaging script from www.gstatic.com as part of the push-notification feature of our website software. Push notifications are switched off, so we do not use the script to send you anything. When your browser downloads it, Google receives your IP address and browser details.
Visit records on our server
When you view pages on the Site, our website software (Odoo) keeps a visitor record on our server. This does not wait for your choice in the cookie banner.
The record recognizes your browser by a one-way code (a hash) made from your IP address, your browser’s user agent and the session_id cookie. It stores:
- the country, worked out from your IP address;
- your language and time zone;
- the pages you viewed, with the date and time of each view.
Only the pages we have marked for tracking are recorded. They include the home page and the contact page.
We use these records to understand which pages visitors look at and, when you contact us, to see which pages you viewed so that we can answer you better.
If you send us a form, chat with us or sign in to your customer portal, we link the record to your enquiry, chat or contact record. A record linked to an enquiry or contact record is kept for as long as we keep that enquiry or contact record (see our Privacy Policy). We keep other records only for as long as they are useful for these purposes, and then delete them.
Technologies used only after “Accept all”
The technologies in this section wait for your consent. They start only after you click “Accept all”, and they stop when you withdraw your consent (see Your choice in the cookie banner). Until then, Google Analytics, Google Ads, YouTube videos and the Google Maps map on our contact page are blocked.

Where your browser allows it, Google may also read or set its own cookies on its own domains, such as google.com and doubleclick.net.
Google Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site, for example which pages they view and how they found us. Google receives information about your visit, including your IP address and browser details. To learn more, see Google’s information on Analytics cookies and privacy and “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services”. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Google Ads
With your consent, we load Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing. Google receives information about your visits to the Site. We use it to see which of our ads led to a visit or an enquiry, and to add your browser to audiences so that Google can show you TeqStars ads on other websites and apps.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your past visits to the Site. This means that Google may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy; see “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services”.
To stop this, withdraw your consent under “Cookie Settings”. You can also turn off personalized ads from Google in My Ad Center, and from other providers at Your Online Choices (EU and UK) or on the NAI opt-out page (USA).
YouTube videos
Product videos on our app pages load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), which Google operates. A video loads only when you press play, and only if you have clicked “Accept all”. If you have not, the player asks you first: its “Accept and play” button has the same effect as clicking “Accept all” in the banner. When a video loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details and may use cookies or browser storage under its own privacy policy.
Google Maps
The map of our office on our contact page loads from Google Maps, which Google operates. It loads only if you have clicked “Accept all”; until then the page shows a note in its place, which opens the cookie banner. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details and may use cookies under its own privacy policy.
Third parties and international transfers
The only third parties that set or read cookies through the Site, or receive information from your browser when you visit it, are:
- Google: Google Analytics, Google Ads, YouTube videos and the Google Maps map on our contact page, only after you click “Accept all”; Google Fonts and the Firebase script, on every visit.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: security checks, Turnstile and Cloudflare Web Analytics, on every visit.
The Site and our Plausible statistics run on servers provided by hosting and infrastructure providers.
Google and Cloudflare are based outside India, and some of our hosting and infrastructure providers may be too. They may process data in other countries, including the United States and countries of the European Union. Our Privacy Policy explains international transfers in more detail.
Browser settings and privacy signals
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. For instructions, see the help pages for Chrome and Firefox, or the Help menu of your browser.
Blocking cookies in your browser does not stop the services that work without cookies, such as Plausible, Cloudflare’s checks and Google Fonts, or our server-side visitor records. If you block all cookies, you cannot sign in to your customer portal or use the live chat, and forms may not work.
We do not respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. To refuse analytics and advertising cookies, choose “Only essentials” in the banner or under “Cookie Settings”.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the technologies on the Site change. If we add a provider, we will list it here before we use it, and ask for your consent where the law requires it. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when we last changed this policy.
