You have to send requirements with proper description via Support Form. You will advised via support ticket and email consequently when the status of the tasks gets changed. Each support ticket will take at list 30 minutes for examination.

We are available 8 hours a Day Monday to Friday for Odoo Support. Our timings are 10:00 AM (IST) to 6:00 PM (IST). In case of emergency, We are always available.
