The difference
Your software already automates the simple things. The rules and workflows in your ERP, CRM or helpdesk follow what you set up: when a deal is won, create a task; every night, send the payment reminders. They are reliable, and they stop where the rule stops.
AI automation starts where the rules run out. It reads the things a rule can’t: a scanned invoice, a message typed in a hurry, the notes from a meeting, a question in plain English. It works out which customer, product or project they belong to, and prepares the record or the reply. The judgement calls stay with your team.

Our own AI product
For businesses on Odoo, we built our own bridge between AI assistants and the ERP. The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is the open standard AI assistants use to work with other software, and our Advanced MCP Server puts an MCP endpoint inside Odoo itself, with no extra server to run. Your team keeps the AI assistant they already like, and it can read, analyse and act on live Odoo data.
