TaxJar customer service is good and they are certifying Teqstar's Odoo integration, so if you purchase this integration from Teqstars both Teqstars and TaxJar will support it. We have been thrilled with the responsiveness of the Teqstars team as we tested the updated integration with Odoo v14 and post-implementation. They met with us over skype multiple times to answer questions, and resolved every question we asked (usually within 24 hours). This level of service is always greatly appreciated, but imperative when you have short timeline for implementation. Very solid product for bi-directional intergration with Odoo. Fairly easy to set up, with the ability to fully automate all processes with Scheduled Actions. Plenty of custom settings to choose from, to ensure the product suits your business needs. Great integration between Odoo and Brevo. All features mentioned work perfectly fine in this application. In case of questions, the TeqStars team has provided us with great support on all topics. The UPS Shipping module is well developed, stable (At least in V17 I tested), easy to configure and easy to use. Looking to get other shipping modules. Support service is very responsive 24/7 and have good technical/functional understanding of their module. *****

bought all digitizalization from app store but so far this works exaclty like the one odoo offer, this is the best, you wont regret buy this one. i bought modules in app store for more than 25.000 usd, this one worth the money.

Good application and very responsive support from the team. Application does the needful bi-directional support and it does require some backend support to get things going. Duplicate eMail handling by MailChimp is not very good, but the TeqStars team does a good job masking the issues.
