Does Mailchimp integrate with Odoo?
Not out of the box: Odoo has no built-in Mailchimp connector. An Odoo app such as the TeqStars MailChimp Connector adds it, linking Odoo contacts and Email Marketing with Mailchimp audiences, campaigns and reports, and sending Odoo sales data to a Mailchimp store.
Do unsubscribes in Mailchimp reach Odoo?
Yes. With the audience webhook enabled, an unsubscribe opts the contact out of that audience in Odoo as it happens, and a cleaned address is also added to Odoo's blacklist. Without the webhook, the next member import brings the same status.
Can I send a Mailchimp campaign without leaving Odoo?
Yes. Pick a Mailchimp template and one audience on the mailing in Odoo Email Marketing, then send it, schedule it or send a test. Mailchimp delivers it, and the opens, clicks and bounces come back to the mailing.
Can Mailchimp use my Odoo sales data?
Yes. The connector exports Odoo products, customers and sale orders to a Mailchimp store, one per Odoo company, so Mailchimp's segments and automations can use purchase history. Products need an Internal Reference (SKU) to be sent.
Does it work with Mailchimp Transactional or SMS?
