The TeqStars Brevo Connector can also send Odoo products and sale orders to Brevo's eCommerce data.
What does a Brevo Odoo integration do?
It joins the contacts Odoo keeps with the lists Brevo mails. Contacts, lists and attributes move between the two, a campaign prepared in Odoo Email Marketing is created and sent by Brevo, and each campaign's deliveries, opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes return to the mailing in Odoo.

How a campaign moves between Odoo and Brevo
Build the list in Odoo
Brevo lists arrive as Odoo mailing lists. Contacts that match an Odoo filter are exported to a list, and their attributes follow the field mapping.
Brevo sends the campaign
A mailing on a Brevo template, with one Brevo list, a subject and a sender, is created in Brevo and sent now, scheduled or tested.
Results come back to Odoo
Deliveries, opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes are written to the mailing, live through webhooks or from Brevo's report.
Brevo vs Odoo Email Marketing: which one sends?
Brevo sends the campaign. Odoo Email Marketing is where the team chooses the Brevo template, the list, the subject and the sender, and where it reads the results. Odoo's own mail queue never sends a Brevo mailing; it only reads its status back from Brevo.

Live Sync: Brevo campaign statistics in real time
Enable Live Sync on the Brevo account in Odoo, and Brevo calls Odoo for every campaign event instead of Odoo fetching a report afterwards. Each event updates the mailing's statistics as it happens.

Without Live Sync, the report job fills the same figures
The campaign report job asks Brevo for each sent campaign's recipient report and writes the same statistics, for up to 90 days after sending, as set on the account.
Send Odoo sales data to Brevo
Activate Ecommerce on the account, and Brevo receives the data its segments and automations use.
Products and categories
Products and variants go to Brevo with name, price, SKU, categories, stock, image and page address.
Sale orders
Orders go to Brevo with their status: quotation, quotation sent, confirmed, completed or cancelled.
Order updates
A daily job sends the orders created or changed since its last run, and a button sends selected orders right away.

Does Brevo integrate with Odoo?
Not out of the box: Odoo has no built-in Brevo connector. An Odoo app such as the TeqStars Brevo Connector adds it, linking Odoo contacts and Email Marketing with Brevo lists, templates, senders and campaigns, bringing statistics back, and sending Odoo sales data to Brevo.
Is the Brevo connector the same as a Sendinblue connector?
Yes. Sendinblue renamed itself Brevo in 2023, and the TeqStars Brevo Connector, formerly the Sendinblue connector, works with the same account through Brevo's API v3. Its technical module name in Odoo is still sendinblue.
Do Brevo campaign statistics arrive in Odoo in real time?
Yes, with Live Sync enabled: Brevo's webhook reports deliveries, opens, clicks, bounces, spam reports and unsubscribes as they happen. Without it, a scheduled job reads each campaign's report from Brevo for up to 90 days after sending.
Can Odoo send its own emails through Brevo?
Not with this connector. It sends marketing campaigns through Brevo's campaign API; Odoo's own outgoing mail, such as invoices and quotations, keeps the mail server set in Odoo.
Can Brevo use my Odoo sales data?
Yes. After Activate Ecommerce, the connector exports Odoo products, categories and sale orders with their status to Brevo, so Brevo's segments and automations can use purchase data.
