How Bol.com offers, prices and stock work from Odoo
Offers
Existing Bol.com offers are matched to Odoo products by barcode (EAN) or SKU. New offers are exported from Odoo; when Bol.com does not know the EAN yet, the connector first creates a basic catalog product with the EAN and title.
Prices
Prices come from the instance pricelist, quantity tiers included, and only the rules that changed since the last run are sent.
VAT
Bol.com prices include VAT, so imported orders need Odoo taxes set as Included in Price, or the option for products managed with excluded taxes.
Returns and invoices on Bol.com, handled in Odoo
Returns
Bol.com returns arrive with the customer's reason and comment. Handle Return sends your decision and the quantity back to Bol.com, and Create Return Order prepares the return picking in Odoo.
Invoice requests
With Export Invoices to Bol.com? on, open invoice requests are imported and the posted Odoo invoice is uploaded as a PDF made from the invoice report you choose.
Cancellations
A cancelled Odoo order can be cancelled on Bol.com with the Cancel In Bol.com button, with one of Bol.com's cancellation reasons.

How are Bol.com returns handled in Odoo?
Returns are imported with the customer's reason and comment. You handle each one in Odoo, which sends the result and the returned quantity to Bol.com, and you can create the return picking to bring the goods back into stock. Refunds are made in Odoo as usual.
Can Odoo upload invoices to Bol.com?
Yes. With Export Invoices to Bol.com? on, the connector imports Bol.com's open invoice requests and uploads the posted Odoo invoice as a PDF, made from the invoice report you choose.
