Odoo Mirakl integration is a direct link between your Mirakl seller account and your Odoo database, so orders, stock levels, prices and dispatch information move between the two systems automatically instead of by export and re-entry.
- Works with every Mirakl marketplace — Carrefour, Decathlon, Best Buy Canada, Macy's, Bunnings and 450+ others, all on one connector.
- Orders arrive in Odoo by themselves, as normal sales orders with customer, address, taxes and shipping already filled in.
- Stock and tracking go back automatically, on a schedule you control.
- Products and offers publish in one call, with no manual staging in the Mirakl Seller Portal.
- Unlimited marketplaces in one database, each with its own warehouse, currency and timing.
- Odoo 17, 18 and 19, Community and Enterprise, on Odoo.sh or self-hosted. Not Odoo Online.
- About 30 minutes to set up, with no developer.
Every morning starts the same way. You log into the Mirakl Seller Center, export the overnight orders, and re-key them into Odoo one at a time. Then you correct stock figures so you do not oversell, and paste yesterday's tracking numbers back into the marketplace.
None of this work is hard. It is simply time you never get back, and each manual step is a chance for a wrong quantity, a missed dispatch, or a refund you should not have had to give.
What Odoo Mirakl integration means day to day
One Mirakl connector for Odoo covers every Mirakl-powered marketplace, because they all share the same Mirakl Seller API. Mirakl is the software behind more than 450 enterprise retailer marketplaces worldwide, including Carrefour, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Best Buy Canada and Macy's.
That API is simply the standard set of instructions a seller's system uses to read orders and send back stock and tracking. It is why you do not need a separate integration built for each retailer you sign with, and why adding your next operator is configuration rather than a project.
Connected, in practice, means this. An order placed on the marketplace appears in Odoo as an ordinary sales order, with the customer, delivery address, taxes and shipping charge already filled in. You pick and pack it like any other order. When you validate the delivery, the tracking number and carrier go back to the marketplace on their own.
Three things manual marketplace work quietly costs you
Cancellations from stale stock
Update quantities once a day and they are wrong for most of it. The marketplace keeps selling what you no longer have.
A seller rating that slips
Operators score you on dispatch speed and valid tracking. Numbers pasted in on Friday for parcels that left Tuesday cost you visibility.
Errors and month-end drift
A transposed postcode becomes a return and a refund. Typed-in tax and shipping figures mean payouts never quite match finance.
Products and offers: the distinction that confuses most sellers
Mirakl separates the catalogue product from your offer. The product is the entry the operator owns, with its title, images and attributes. Your offer is what you attach to it: your price, your available quantity, your condition and your lead time.
Almost every point of confusion for new Mirakl sellers traces back to this split. It is why a product can exist on the marketplace while your offer is not yet live, why catalogue changes need operator approval but price changes do not, and why matching happens on your own shop SKU rather than the operator's catalogue identifier.
Your Odoo internal reference is the key that holds it together. Keep it accurate, and the connector matches every offer to the right product on its own, using your shop SKU and any EAN or GTIN the operator holds. Let duplicates creep in, and that is where mismatches start.
Getting your catalogue onto Mirakl
Products and offers go up in the same call. You do not have to create listings by hand in the Mirakl Seller Portal first and then attach offers to them. The connector submits both together, so a new listing reaches the marketplace in one step. Where an operator insists on validating products before offers go live, a products-only mode covers that case as well.
The operator's own rules are imported, not guessed at. Before your first export, the connector pulls the marketplace's category tree, its attribute definitions and the allowed values for each attribute. You map your Odoo attributes to the operator's codes once, and the mapping is reused from then on. Both variant and non-variant products are supported, so a shirt with size and colour variants exports as a proper variation group rather than a set of unrelated listings.
What actually syncs, in each direction
| What | Mirakl → Odoo | Odoo → Mirakl |
|---|---|---|
| Orders | Arrive as ordinary Odoo sales orders with customer, delivery address, taxes and the shipping charge | — |
| Cancellations | Cancel the Odoo sales order and its linked delivery, so nothing ships by mistake | — |
| Offers & listings | Imported and matched to your Odoo products by shop SKU | Products, variants and offer data pushed out together |
| Stock | Imported orders reduce Odoo stock like any other sale | Real warehouse quantity sent on the schedule you set |
| Tracking & dispatch | — | Carrier and tracking number sent the moment you validate the delivery, order marked shipped |
| Prices | Imported into that marketplace's pricelist | A separate price and currency per marketplace |
| Reference data | Categories, attributes and allowed values, carriers, sales channels, shipping zones and logistic classes | — |
| Tax treatment | Tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive mode read per order, so invoices match the payout | — |
Cross-border orders get the right carrier. Operators often reuse the same carrier name in different countries, so "DHL" on a German marketplace is not the same delivery method as "DHL" on a Spanish one. When several of your Odoo delivery methods share a carrier name, the connector picks the one matching the order's destination country, so the buyer receives a tracking link that actually works.
Mirakl stock sync in Odoo runs on your schedule
Every automatic update is an ordinary Odoo scheduled task that you control. You can open it, change the interval, pause it, or run it immediately from the standard settings screen. Nothing is fixed behind the scenes and nothing is hidden from you.
Because each marketplace is configured separately, each can have its own rhythm. A high-volume operator might pull orders far more frequently than a smaller one, and stock can go out more often than prices. The connector ships with sensible defaults, so it behaves properly on day one, and most sellers adjust the timing once in the first week and then leave it alone.
You also choose which orders reach Odoo at all. A Mirakl order moves through several stages, waiting for acceptance, then payment, then ready to ship, then shipped and closed. Most sellers pull only orders that are ready to ship, so Odoo fills with work the warehouse can act on rather than orders still waiting on the buyer. If you would rather watch the acceptance window on an operator that auto-cancels unaccepted orders, you can include those stages too.
Running several Mirakl marketplaces from one Odoo database
There is no limit and no per-marketplace fee. Mirakl marketplace integration in Odoo is configured per connection, so expanding onto a new operator is an operational decision rather than a budget one. Each connection has its own warehouse, currency, pricelist, payment terms, carriers and sync timing.
That independence matters because Mirakl operators span Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia-Pacific, and a seller shipping from two warehouses in two currencies needs those differences respected rather than flattened. What you get back is one view across all of them: orders from every marketplace in the same Odoo pipeline, drawing on the same inventory, reported together.

When something fails, you see it straight away
One problem order never blocks the rest of the batch. Errors are recorded per order, in plain language, on the record itself. You read what went wrong, correct it, and retry with one click, while the other ninety-nine import normally.
When Mirakl rejects a row, it tells you exactly why. Every submission creates an import record in Odoo that is polled until it finishes. If a line fails, the error report names the field and the values the operator will accept — for instance that BLACK is not permitted for colour because the operator expects BLK. You correct the mapping and resend, instead of hunting a silent failure.
Access is handled sensibly too. Warehouse staff can run imports and dispatch orders without ever seeing the marketplace credentials, which stay with whoever should hold them. If you would rather hand the running of it to someone else entirely, that is what our Odoo support team does.
Testing safely before you go live
A restored copy of your database cannot touch the live marketplace. Every Odoo team eventually restores production into a test database, and on a marketplace connector that is exactly when accidents happen. When Odoo neutralises a restored database, marketplace requests are blocked until someone explicitly chooses to go live, so you can train staff, rehearse a migration or debug a workflow without the operator ever seeing it.
How to connect Mirakl to Odoo
You need three things from your Mirakl seller account: an access key, the marketplace web address, and your shop number. With those in hand, setup takes four steps and roughly thirty minutes, with no developer and no code.
Generate your access key
In your Mirakl seller account, open your own user settings and generate an access key. Note the marketplace web address and your shop number while you are there.
Add the marketplace in Odoo
Install the connector and create the marketplace record using those three details. Nothing else is needed to establish the connection.
Press confirm
Odoo checks the connection and imports the marketplace's categories, attributes, carriers, sales channels and shipping zones by itself.
Import, then set your timing
Bring in your offers and a first batch of orders, check the result, then choose how often each update should run and leave it working.
Help is included, not an add-on. A guided setup panel inside Odoo walks you through the sequence, the full step-by-step user guide covers every screen, and if anything stalls our team takes it from there. For heavier changes, our custom Odoo development team can adapt the workflow to how you actually operate.
Will the Mirakl connector run on your Odoo?
| Odoo versions | 17, 18 and 19 |
|---|---|
| Editions | Community and Enterprise |
| Hosting | Odoo.sh, on-premise and other self-hosted setups |
| Not supported | Odoo Online, because Odoo's own hosted platform does not allow third-party apps |
| Marketplaces per database | Unlimited, with no per-marketplace fee |
| Licence | One-off per Odoo version. No monthly subscription and no charge per order |
If you are on Odoo Online today, that is the one thing to settle first. Moving to Odoo.sh or self-hosting is the prerequisite for any third-party marketplace connector, and our Odoo consultancy team can tell you quickly whether that move is worth it for your volume.
Frequently asked questions
Where to go next
You stop typing and start shipping. No more exporting order files, re-keying customer details, correcting stock after the fact or pasting tracking numbers into a browser tab. Orders arrive, deliveries confirm, the marketplace updates itself, and your team spends its time on the things that need a person.
