Odoo PrestaShop Integration by TeqStars removes that gap. It connects your PrestaShop store directly to Odoo through the PrestaShop Web Service, so products, orders, customers, stock and pricing stay in sync automatically. No plugin to install on the PrestaShop side, and no manual exports.
Why Integrate PrestaShop with Odoo?
PrestaShop is built to sell. Odoo is built to run the business behind the sale. Connecting the two turns your storefront into one part of a single operation instead of a separate system you reconcile at the end of every week.
Key Benefits:
- Orders land in Odoo automatically, with customers, addresses, taxes, discounts and shipping charges already attached
- Stock levels stay accurate in both directions, so you stop overselling
- Products and combinations are managed once in Odoo and pushed to the store
- Invoicing, delivery and accounting run on real order data instead of a spreadsheet
- Multiple PrestaShop stores report into one Odoo database
- Every sync is logged, so you always know what ran and what did not
This is a fit for eCommerce sellers, wholesalers, B2B suppliers and multi-store retailers who have outgrown manual data entry between their shop and their ERP.
Key Features of the TeqStars PrestaShop Odoo Connector
Two-Way Product Sync
Import products with their combinations, descriptions, categories, images and manufacturer intact, or build the product in Odoo and push it to your store. Category hierarchy is preserved.
Automated Order Import
Orders arrive with lines, discounts, delivery charges and taxes, plus the customer and both addresses. Handled in the customer's own currency, and limitable to a date range.
Multi-Store Support
Connect as many stores as you need, each with its own credentials, language, currency and warehouse. Compatible with PrestaShop 1.7.x and 8.x.
Queue Jobs and Error Logs
Imports run as queue jobs. A failed record is bypassed and logged while the queue keeps going, and you get an activity alert so nothing fails silently.
State, Payment and Tax Mapping
Map PrestaShop order states to your Odoo workflow stages, link payment methods to the right journals, and configure taxes so orders are correct from the first sync.
Smart Inventory Sync
Stock moves both ways on your schedule. A per-variant Manage Stock toggle lets you exclude made-to-order items and service products from the automated push.
How the Integration Works

Add your shop URL and API key in Odoo, then set language, currency and warehouse.
3
Import Your Data
Run categories, brands, products and orders from a single wizard.
4
Turn On Automation
Enable scheduled actions and the two systems keep themselves aligned.
Full setup instructions are in the Odoo PrestaShop Integration documentation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which versions of PrestaShop are supported?
PrestaShop 1.7.x and 8.x. The connector talks to your store through the PrestaShop Web Service using an API key you generate in the back office.
Does this work with Odoo Community and Enterprise?
Yes, both, on-premise and on Odoo.sh. Note that Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow third-party apps to be installed, so the connector cannot run there.
Do I need to install anything on my PrestaShop store?
No. There is no PrestaShop-side module or plugin. You enable the built-in web service and generate a key, and everything else runs from Odoo.
How many PrestaShop stores can I connect?
As many as you need. Each store is configured as a separate instance with its own credentials, language, currency, warehouse and settings.
What happens if one product fails to import?
That record is skipped and an error log is created, then the queue continues with the rest. You also get an activity alert so the failure does not go unnoticed.
Ready to Stop Managing Two Systems?
Your PrestaShop store and your Odoo database should not be two separate sources of truth. Connect them once and let orders, stock and products move on their own.
