ShippyPro Shipping Integrations features
Domestic and international delivery methods
Shipping options stay clear for your team because local and cross-border services are set up as separate delivery methods in Odoo. You configure each one on the form shown here, which keeps a parcel going across town apart from a parcel going abroad. If your company ships under more than one ShippyPro contract, several accounts can be connected to your Odoo databases.
Compare carrier rates on the sales order
Your sales team sees what the carriers charge before the order is confirmed. The sales order lists the shipping services available through ShippyPro together with their rates, and one click puts the chosen service on the order. That beats guessing a delivery charge or calling the warehouse to ask which carrier is cheapest for the customer's address.
Get rates from the delivery order
The person packing the box can look up prices as well. A rate request sits on the delivery order itself, so the warehouse checks the services ShippyPro offers for that picking at the moment it ships. The screen shows the carrier options and amounts returned for the order in front of you.
Ship one order in several boxes
A single order can go out as several parcels. Use Odoo's "Put in Pack" operation on the delivery order to build each package and record what it holds, as this screen shows. The connector sends those packages with the booking, and the shipment comes back with tracking for each parcel instead of one number for everything.
Labels and tracking when you validate
Validating the picking is all your warehouse has to do. As soon as the delivery order is validated, the shipment is booked with ShippyPro, the tracking number is filled in on the order and the shipping label is attached to it. The packer opens the label from the same screen and prints it, which cuts the handling time per parcel.
Commercial invoice for overseas parcels
Cross-border shipments get their paperwork at the same moment as the label. Validating an international delivery order generates a commercial invoice along with the shipping label, so the parcel can be handed over with the document the carrier needs for customs. You open the finished invoice from the delivery order, which is what this screen shows.
A tracking link for every parcel
Anyone in the office can answer where a customer's goods are. Each parcel of a shipment gets its own tracking link on the delivery order, so a three-box order carries three links. Opening a link shows the carrier's current status and location for that parcel, which saves a search through carrier websites.
Cancel a shipment in one click
When an order falls through or a label was made too early, you cancel the shipment in ShippyPro with one click on the Odoo delivery order. There is no second login and no hunting for the shipment reference in another screen. The cancellation is sent to ShippyPro for the shipment attached to that picking.

How to connect ShippyPro to Odoo
-
Step 1
Install the connector
Add ShippyPro Connector to your Odoo 17.0, 18.0, 19.0 or 20.0 database. It installs on Odoo Enterprise hosted on Odoo.sh or on your own server, and on Odoo Community on-premise.
-
Step 2
Add your ShippyPro account
Enter your ShippyPro account details in Odoo so the connector can ask for rates and book shipments. More than one ShippyPro account can be connected to your Odoo databases when you ship under several contracts.
-
Step 3
Set up delivery methods
Create the delivery methods your team will use, keeping domestic and international services apart. Each method is configured on its own form, so the right shipping option is picked for local and overseas orders.
-
Step 4
Quote, pack and validate
On a sales order, request rates and choose a carrier service. In the warehouse, use "Put in Pack" for multi-box orders, then validate the delivery order to get the label, tracking and customs paperwork.
